1. When can I check-in?

Check-in is possible from 12.00 pm. Early check-in depends on the availability of  rooms. If the facility has a ready-to-use accommodation, staff will be happy to check you in earlier. Reception working hours are 24/7.

2. When do I have to check-out?

Check-out time is 11:00 am. You can check-out later only by paying an additional charge, depending on the availability of the room and only in prior arrangement with the staff at the reception desk.

Prices are subject to change depending on the length of stay. Current rates are available on our website or upon enquiry at reception.

4. Has my child a right to a free stay or a discount?

Children under the age of 12 can stay for free; however, they will not be entitled to their own room(s).

You can cancel your booking free of charge any time before 6pm  of check in date.

Reservation fees are dependent on duration of stay. You may be asked to pay a reservation fee for stays longer than 7 nights.

You can make a cash payment when checking in or you can swipe with a VISA/ MASTER CARD or OTHER. 
'APPROVED' long staying guests can make payments in instalments as per agreement with the BnB manager if need be.

Restaurant service is à la carte but you can request a buffet if number of guest is greater than ten.
